Matt Cutts, Google’s
currently on leave head of spam, has revealed his April Fools prank for 2015, it is named AutoSEO hosted
at seo.ninja.
AutoSEO is a free open groundwork
tool that aids webmasters handle the task of SEO mechanically. What does it do?
Well, nothing, since it is a joke, but Matt Cutts explains:
One of the ideas that assisted the World Wide
Web succeed was that it parted presentation and content. You could write your
text and decouple it from the problem of how the text saw. AutoSEO takes that
to the next stage with search engines, so you don’t have to think about things
like redirects.
He is inquiring
webmasters who are attentive to sign up for a trial of the software atseo.ninja, a domain he assimilated in May 2014. Matt said he is “starting
with a limited set of invites.” I guess sign up and who knows what tomorrow,
April Fools, will bring to your inbox?
Expect a lot of April
Fools pranks now through the next 30 hours or so.
